LEAD 101
Our next LEAD Denver event will be November 11-13. This program will be offered at no cost to accepted participants. More details will be available soon. LEAD Denver is being planned as an in-person program. Who should apply? LEAD Denver is open to any Denver resident (18 years or older) who is passionate about public education. This program is a great opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to Denver, believe that every student should have access to a high-quality public education, and want to learn about how to be a more effective advocate for change.
This two-day program will be offered in person, and participants will receive a $150 stipend for their participation. Who should apply? LEAD Denver is open to any Denver resident (18 years or older) who is passionate about public education and is interested in learning more about what it takes to run for local office like the Denver School Board. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to Denver and believe that every student should have access to a high-quality public education.
Our next LEAD 101 event will be Saturday, May 6th and Sunday, May 7th! Who should apply? LEAD 101 is open to any Denver resident (18 years or older) or any Denver Public Schools family member or educator who is passionate about public education. This program will offer a $150 participation stipend, with access to childcare and transportation support. LEAD 101 is an in-person program located near Curtis Park in Denver.
